I have had 20 years’ experience working for one of Australia’s major banks and have been lucky enough to join the Astute Wilston Team.
I am very customer driven and focus on being proactive and reliable in my dealings. My aim is to make sure our clients have the best experience possible. I assist with after settlement with any maintenance and any administrative tasks to make sure everything is running smoothly.
I would like to say thank you for taking the best care of me, my loans and my accounts. You are not only one of the nicest ladies I have ever met, you are also the best out there at what you do. Thank you for managing my portfolio of investment properties, for always getting me the most competitive interest rates, and for managing all of my transfers and accounts so that any and all transitions happen as smooth as possible.

I had never purchased or financed a new car before so the whole process was new to me, David was extremely knowledgeable in putting forward multiple options that were most suitable to my finances. He was also extremely diligent in follow up to make sure I had everything I needed or if had any questions. During the financing process of the car, David went over and above what was required to ensure I had the best deal and made it prevalent that he genuinely cares for his clients. I would recommend anyone to David for the transparent client focused service and he is also just a good down to earth bloke.
Tanya is an enthusiastic, passionate and kind person who made the process of buying a house understandable and clear. The fact that she is so passionate and organised in her profession assisted the process that for most people, is quite stressful. Peter has built an amazing practice which shows from the loyalty of his staff and the friendly approach they take to everything. I am not a big client but am always made to feel special. My only comment would be how someone can work for the Astute family as they seem to encourage an amazing culture.
